User problem

On mobile, Plan Today shows only a work key and title. Users must add work without seeing the issue conversation, pull request state, review context, or update body, and opening detail currently discards the planning draft.

Vertical slice

Add a Preview action for each Plan Today candidate. Preview the existing detail experience, preserve the draft and scroll position, and let the user add the item then return to planning.

Acceptance tests

  • Every issue, pull request, review, and update candidate has separate Preview and Add controls with mobile-safe targets.
  • Preview opens the existing matching detail view without discarding selected order or planner scroll.
  • Browser Back returns to Plan Today; Add to Today & back adds once and restores focus.
  • Save & start persists the exact order after preview.
  • Offline preview failure is explicit and leaves the draft unchanged.

No historical issue title or recent commit implements Plan Today candidate preview; earlier preview work concerns Find Work and global search.
