Product slice

  • adds a persistent active-item HUD above the mobile task dock
  • exposes live elapsed/estimate and budget-risk state outside detail sheets
  • supports pause/resume, exact checkpoint reopen, and Adjust plan
  • hides with task overlays and preserves paused state when reopening
  • moves the dock controller into the startup Today feature chunk to retain the 96 KiB core budget

Verification

  • RED: new HUD behavior, overlay coordination, paused reopen, and hidden dock action tests failed before implementation
  • Focused: 217 passed
  • Full: 1251 passed
  • Mobile Chromium: 320x568 and 390x844; zero horizontal overflow, 44px controls, HUD clears dock, ellipsis verified
