Summary

validate the Gitea current-user payload inside the readiness failure boundary
return a controlled 503 when login is unavailable
cover null upstream payload with a behavioral regression test

Tests

python3 -m pytest tests/test_health.py::test_readiness_endpoint_returns_503_for_null_current_user_payload -q
python3 -m pytest tests/ -q (50 passed)

Closes #77
