Product slice

  • add touch-safe multi-selection for eligible open issues in mobile Search
  • preserve selected results across pagination and preview navigation
  • resolve current ownership, claim only unassigned work, and queue in selection order
  • journal partial progress per operator and expose resume after reload
  • keep closed issues and pull requests visibly ineligible

Verification

  • pytest -q — 1536 passed
  • Chromium 390×844 render check — 44px rows, sticky bottom action, no horizontal overflow, ineligible PR disabled
  • core runtime gzip remains within the 98 KiB budget
