Problem

Promoted checklist steps become reciprocal parent/child links, but completing the delegated child leaves the parent checklist stale. Mobile Filed review only acknowledges the child, forcing operators to find and edit the parent manually.

Vertical slice

When a completed Filed child has a canonical Related to [owner/repo#N](https://...) backlink and that parent contains an unchecked checklist link to the child URL, show Complete parent step & acknowledge. Revision-check and update only that parent task, then acknowledge the child and advance to the next Filed item. Fail closed on stale or mismatched links and retain normal acknowledgement.

Acceptance

  • Exact reciprocal parent/child links are required; unrelated prose and mismatches never mutate a parent.
  • Only the matching unchecked task marker changes; prose, line endings, nesting, and other tasks remain unchanged.
  • Parent update uses its loaded revision and must confirm before child acknowledgement/navigation.
  • Already-completed parent tasks are reported without a duplicate mutation.
  • Conflict/load failure leaves the child unacknowledged with retry guidance.
  • Mobile action remains touch-safe and overflow-free at 390x844.
  • Behavioral tests cover eligibility, exact transform, orchestration wiring, and full suite.

This connects shipped checklist promotion (#921/#922) and Filed outcome review (#878-#883); complete issue/PR title history and recent commits contain no existing parent-completion flow.
