Closes #1032

What changed

  • add a privacy-safe Finish current action to the active Today notification
  • bind completion to an opaque, one-shot token and SHA-256 identity fingerprint
  • reuse the existing Today-only completion/advance/recap path without mutating Gitea work
  • fail closed for stale, replayed, missing-item, and unsaved-token actions

Verification

  • RED observed in focused lock-screen/service-worker behavioral tests
  • python3 -m pytest -q tests/test_today_lock_screen.py tests/test_service_worker.py — 74 passed
  • python3 -m pytest -q — 1959 passed, 7 skipped
  • deterministic release bundle checksum and verifier passed locally
