Closes #1034

Adds a 10-second accessible Undo receipt to every shared Today completion path, including comment/reply handoff and lock-screen Finish current. Restoration preserves local order and estimate, queues inverse cross-device operations, and never rewinds the advanced work session or changes Gitea item state. Conflicts, expiry, capacity, and local persistence failures remain truthful.

Validation:

  • pytest -q — 1962 passed, 7 skipped
  • packaged 390×844 Playwright Today handoff/Undo journey — passed
  • deterministic release bundle verification and SHA-256 check — passed
  • core runtime gzip budget — 101356 / 101376 bytes
