Closes #1050

Product slice

  • carry the bounded timed-break deadline into lock-screen state without exposing work identity
  • show privacy-safe return-time copy with Resume now and Open Today actions
  • bind break resume to the exact item + deadline so stale notifications fail closed
  • retain generic paused controls for invalid or expired deadlines

Verification

  • RED observed for deadline-bound resume and break notification behavior
  • python3 -m pytest tests/test_today_lock_screen.py tests/test_service_worker.py tests/test_today_break.py -q — 86 passed
  • env -u GITEA_URL -u GITEA_TOKEN python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 1989 passed, 7 skipped
  • deterministic release bundle checksum and commit verification passed
  • packaged CI browser journeys — 11 passed, including 320x568 and 390x844 Today flow
