Product slice

  • add a thumb-reachable progress update sheet to the active mobile Today HUD
  • keep bounded drafts scoped to the confirmed account and exact issue/pull
  • durably queue an idempotent comment through the existing authored outbox without advancing or pausing Today
  • include the feature in the lazy Today bundle and offline shell

Verification

  • RED: pytest -q tests/test_today_progress.py → 4 expected failures before implementation
  • focused: 93 passed
  • full: 1993 passed, 7 skipped
  • deterministic release bundle verified for 406d75287dea4986938e914b8531e0e578c64634
  • packaged Playwright render at 320×568: 44px control, no overflow, draft restoration, exact-item queue admission, Today item unchanged
