Closes #1150

What changed

  • admit Today removal and first-task activation in one durable outbox record
  • restore local Today state and retain the active session when device storage rejects admission
  • clear UI success only after durable admission and preserve atomic reconnect delivery
  • roll the offline shell cache so installed phones receive the corrected flow

Verification

  • RED: batch admission and completion rollback tests failed before implementation
  • focused: 51 passed, 1 skipped
  • full suite: 2180 passed, 9 skipped
  • JavaScript syntax checks passed
Closes #1150 ## What changed - admit Today removal and first-task activation in one durable outbox record - restore local Today state and retain the active session when device storage rejects admission - clear UI success only after durable admission and preserve atomic reconnect delivery - roll the offline shell cache so installed phones receive the corrected flow ## Verification - RED: batch admission and completion rollback tests failed before implementation - focused: 51 passed, 1 skipped - full suite: 2180 passed, 9 skipped - JavaScript syntax checks passed
