Closes #115

What changed

  • replace unsupported user work endpoints with assigned cross-repository search
  • preserve repository, labels, assignees, and update timestamps
  • add a deterministic priority-ranked mobile My Work queue with filters and stale-data retention

Verification

  • pytest -q — 71 passed
  • Playwright at 390×844 — first card visible, no horizontal overflow, 95px card target, filter interaction and forge link verified
  • live local Gitea context — 16 assigned issues returned without degradation
