Closes #1200

Adds an atomic, revision-checked reconciliation from unfinished Today and the due Week Ahead day. The existing mobile planner opens as a dedicated combined review, deduplicates work, preserves later dates, and only updates local Today after the transaction succeeds.

Validation:

  • RED captured for missing store, API, controller, and workflow behaviors
  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 2276 passed, 11 skipped
  • packaged tests/e2e/test_mobile_week_ahead_release.py — 4 passed at 320×568 and 390×844
  • core runtime gzip remains exactly 100 KiB
