Closes #1206

Product slice

  • imports a local .ics calendar without uploading or persisting event data
  • unions busy intervals within configurable working hours across all seven Week Ahead dates
  • reviews and atomically stages seven capacity totals through the existing offline/account sync path
  • keeps the flow touch-safe at 320×568 and available in the packaged offline planning bundle

Verification

  • pytest tests/ -q — 2282 passed, 11 skipped
  • packaged release verification — passed
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest tests/e2e/test_mobile_week_ahead_release.py -q — 4 passed
