Closes #1210

Schedules ordered Week Ahead work into private, session-only free windows derived from the applied calendar import. Whole tasks skip busy periods; work that cannot fit blocks export with an actionable item/day message. No raw events or derived windows are persisted or uploaded, and manual start-time export remains unchanged without an active import.

Validation:

  • pytest -q tests/ — 2291 passed, 11 skipped
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_week_ahead_release.py::test_release_artifact_plans_seven_touch_safe_mobile_dates — 2 passed (320×568, 390×844)
  • reproducible release bundle built from commit 4e275b1 before packaged E2E
