Closes #1231

Product slice

  • admits an account-bound Today → Week move before optimistic local adoption
  • restores the same operation after reload and retries it on reconnect/foreground
  • retains intent while adopting current server truth on revision conflict
  • adds the packaged 320 px / 390 px journey to the release gate

Verification

  • 155 focused tests passed
  • 2,276 non-auth tests + 60 auth tests passed (split to isolate a known order-sensitive timing test)
  • packaged mobile journey: 2 passed
