Closes #1246

What changed

  • durably persist account-bound Week Ahead → Today pulls before submission
  • restore optimistic Today/Week snapshots and replay the same operation receipt after reload/reconnect
  • adopt server truth and preserve the pending intent when another device changed either plan
  • wire recovery into the mobile lifecycle with truthful sync-pending status

Verification

  • pytest -q — 2362 passed, 12 skipped
  • packaged mobile Week Ahead journey — 6 passed at 320×568 and 390×844
