Closes #1264

The packaged mobile journey now closes the issue sheet only when it is actually visible, then verifies the sheet is hidden before opening Week Ahead rescheduling. A focused regression contract prevents the blind click from returning.

Verified locally:

  • focused RED then GREEN regression test
  • 2 viewport-specific reschedule journeys
  • 2,385 unit/integration tests
  • 34 packaged mobile browser journeys
  • dependency audit: no known vulnerabilities
