Summary

  • persist confirmed watches in an encrypted, revisioned, account-scoped Following registry
  • add a read-first mobile Following queue that opens the existing Search Preview without affecting Work recommendations
  • keep the offline shell and lazy workspace bundle complete while preserving the 100 KiB core budget

Verification

  • RED: missing src.following_store, absent Following API/controller/queue launcher behavior, and absent 320×568 queue UI
  • focused: 85 passed
  • full: 2423 passed, 12 skipped
  • rendered at 320×568: no horizontal overflow; card and Close controls >=44px
