Closes #1295

Repairs the production Search → Watch → Following contract by carrying Gitea freshness metadata, preflighting encrypted Following admission before upstream mutation, compensating failed persistence, and showing authoritative partial outcomes on mobile.

Verified locally:

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 2426 passed, 13 skipped
  • packaged test_mobile_following_release.py — 1 passed
  • release bundle built with manifest and checksum
