Closes #1305

Adds a mobile Stop watching & next decision for closed Following items, advances the captured review only after confirmed unsubscribe, keeps failures retryable, and preserves open-only watch admission.

Validation:

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 2447 passed, 13 skipped
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 python3 -m pytest tests/e2e/test_mobile_following_release.py -q — 1 passed
  • Node syntax checks and git diff --check passed.
