Closes #1307

What changed

  • admit open pull requests from Search watch actions without ownership or review side effects
  • persist and refresh typed Following identities, including legacy issue migration and type-safe acknowledgement/retirement
  • open watched PRs in the pull-request workspace and label them clearly on mobile
  • validate the rendered flow at 320×568 and 390×844 and roll the offline shell

Verification

  • pytest -q — 2453 passed, 13 skipped
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_following_release.py — 2 passed
