Closes #1356

Adds an author-only, expected-head guarded close/reopen lifecycle to the mobile pull workspace, an immediate recovery receipt, mobile viewport coverage, and a CI-gated browser journey.

Validation:

  • 2561 passed, 18 skipped
  • close/reopen browser journey passes at 320x568 and 390x844
  • deterministic release bundle built locally
