Closes #1364

Completes the authored mobile pull lifecycle with an exact-SHA guarded, author-only, same-repository source-branch cleanup action in the persistent release receipt. Fresh authorization and fail-closed security journaling protect deletion; advanced/default/protected/fork branches remain intact.

Tests: 2590 passed, 20 skipped; focused 232 passed; rendered mobile 2 passed at 320x568 and 390x844.
