Closes #1374

What changed

  • authorize every background push channel against the current upstream Gitea principal
  • classify mismatched and legacy-unbound managed sessions without losing one-query batching
  • preserve subscriptions when upstream identity lookup fails, allowing safe retry

Verification

  • RED: 5 focused tests failed on the missing principal-bound API/wiring
  • GREEN: 5 focused tests passed
  • focused session/auth/push/reminder suite: 175 passed
  • full suite: 2616 passed, 21 skipped
