Closes #1398

Close the mobile reschedule dialog immediately after a valid confirmation is accepted, while the durable/network move finishes. If the move fails, reopen the same dialog with its actionable error and retry state intact.

Tests:

  • RED/GREEN behavioral deferred-confirmation test
  • pytest tests/test_today_week_reschedule.py -q (12 passed)
  • packaged Chromium journey at 320x568 and 390x844 (2 passed)
  • pytest tests/ -q (2656 passed, 24 skipped)
