Summary

  • activate mobile New from the progressive work-core bundle
  • save title/note captures directly to the existing account-bound Drafts store without a network mutation
  • preserve open capture state through full workspace hydration and keep filing failures editable
  • hide unhydrated filing/evidence controls until the full dashboard adopts the flow

Validation

  • pytest -q — 2673 passed, 24 skipped
  • deterministic release bundle built, verified, and SHA-256 checked
  • packaged Playwright validation at 320×568 and 390×844 with Today/planning chunks blocked: one account-bound draft, zero issue mutations, no overflow, 44px actions
