What

  • rebuild the fixed review snapshot only after a fresh queue load on every reopen
  • coalesce concurrent reopen taps and clear the flight after failures for retry
  • refresh the shared progressive controller before optional workspace hydration
  • roll the offline shell cache and cover the packaged 320px/390px mobile journey

Verification

  • RED: stale reopened queue rejected newly rendered g2; concurrent reopen made 2 list calls; progressive reopen retained g1; failed reopen produced an unhandled rejection
  • focused: 67 passed
  • full suite: 2738 passed, 27 skipped
  • deterministic release checksum: OK
  • packaged Playwright: 2 passed at 320x568 and 390x844
