Closes #1489

Adds a contextual mobile Pin/Pinned action to issue, filed-item, pull-request, review, and update detail. The action reuses the existing identity-scoped, offline-first pin queue and updates Queues immediately.

Tests:

  • pytest -q tests/test_mobile_recent_work.py tests/test_recent_work_api.py
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_pinned_work_release.py
  • pytest -q (2817 passed, 28 skipped)
