What changed

adds a bounded, no-store notification-detail API that only follows same-Gitea API URLs
adds a mobile in-dashboard update reader with latest-comment and subject context
adds Keep unread, retry, safe Gitea handoff, and Mark read & next triage
preserves the current item on load or acknowledgement failures

Verification

pytest -q — 149 passed
Node syntax checks passed for extracted inline script and frontend/my-work.js
Chromium at 320×568: no horizontal overflow; actions 48/44/44px; live Gitea detail loaded; Keep unread retained count 40; no page errors
