Closes #153

What changed

  • adds a persistent mobile reply composer to unread update detail
  • resolves notification subjects server-side and posts only to matching issue/PR conversations
  • keeps replies separate from read acknowledgement and preserves drafts on failure
  • disables cross-origin API access for the shared-token dashboard

Verification

  • pytest tests/ -q — 157 passed
  • Playwright Chromium at 320x568 and 390x844 — no horizontal overflow; all reply/triage targets at least 44px; draft restored after close; successful reply cleared draft
