What changed

add accessible, touch-sized issue detail previews to Find Work cards
preserve preview identity through pagination and clear it after claim
render descriptions as escaped text with a safe Gitea link and empty state
prevent 320px horizontal overflow

Verification

RED: two new behavioral tests failed before implementation
focused: 77 passed
full suite: 241 passed
Playwright at 320×800: no overflow, all controls 44px, escaped hostile body, zero preview API calls
