Closes #181

What changed

  • accept Gitea’s nullable pull_request and assignees fields for ordinary available issues and claim revalidation
  • scan a bounded upstream set, globally rank eligible work, then expose truthful logical pagination
  • coalesce and briefly retain available-work snapshots, serve a marked stale snapshot on transient refresh failure, and invalidate confirmed claims
  • keep the mobile Find Work count synchronized after a claim

Verification

  • PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE=1 python3 -m pytest -p no:cacheprovider -q — 246 passed
  • live read-only production-schema probe — 63 eligible issues returned
  • git diff --check and node --check frontend/pick-work.js — passed
