What changed

preserve assigned issue due dates across initial and paginated My Work data
rank and label overdue/due-today issues while keeping P0 strongest
set or clear due dates from a touch-sized mobile issue sheet with assignment revalidation and confirmed upstream state
retain the selected due date across retryable failures and suppress duplicate submissions

Verification

pytest -q — 276 passed
node --check frontend/my-work.js
node --check frontend/issue-sheet.js
rendered / returned 200 and contained the due-date controls, accessible badge, and 320px mobile rule
