What changed

resolve cold issue, pull, review, and unread-update routes with one bounded authorization-preserving API request
preserve shared routes across transient failures with an accessible retry action
ignore stale asynchronous route results and dismiss only confirmed unavailable work
keep already-loaded routes request-free

Verification

python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 318 passed
Chromium at 375×812 — one resolver request, issue sheet 375px wide, no horizontal overflow, 44px retry target, fragment preserved
