Closes #254

Adds an account-scoped local Later queue with Later today, Tomorrow, automatic wake-up, and Bring back now. Deferred work leaves Attention and active work sessions without any Gitea mutation.

Verification:

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 438 passed
  • Chromium mobile flow at 390×844 — no overflow, 44px controls, persisted through reload, no mutation requests or browser errors
