Closes #379

What changed

  • builds the 37 ordered page modules into one deterministic content-addressed runtime
  • serves the fingerprinted runtime with immutable caching while revalidating HTML and the service worker
  • precaches the exact runtime revision atomically and removes superseded page-module requests from the generated shell
  • enforces deterministic fingerprints, cache behavior, worker consistency, and a 100 KiB gzip budget

Verification

  • RED: tests/test_frontend_bundle.py initially failed with ModuleNotFoundError: src.frontend_bundle
  • GREEN: python3 -m pytest tests/ -q → 722 passed
  • JavaScript syntax: node --check passed for the 380,623-byte generated bundle
  • release build and verification passed
