What changed

  • label cached reviews in a checkpointed Today session as Queue review & next
  • durably admit the SHA-bound review before changing Today
  • remove/sync the completed plan item and advance the durable checkpoint
  • report partial success without advancing if local Today persistence fails
  • roll the offline shell cache atomically

Verification

  • RED observed for context-specific Today completion and durable queue-before-advance integration
  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 813 passed
  • Chromium at 320×568 — 44px action, 320px sheet/document width, no horizontal overflow
  • deterministic release bundle built, checksummed, and verified locally
