What changed

loads bounded Gitea issue dependencies alongside assigned issue detail
lists unresolved blockers in the mobile Plan Today preview
requires an explicit override for blocked or unknown dependency state
removes the bypassing direct Add action for issue candidates
advances the offline shell revision

Verification

pytest -q — 842 passed
Chromium at 320×700 — no horizontal overflow; blocker cards and fixed action exceed 44px touch targets
