Closes #503

Adds one mobile-first reply → acknowledge → next flow for every unread update. Retryable failures are admitted as one ordered durable operation; background delivery checkpoints reply confirmation so acknowledgement retries never repost. Partial failures remain recoverable in Drafts.

Verification: 1015 tests passed; Chromium rendered at 320×568 and 390×844 with 44px+ targets and no sheet overflow.
