Closes #569

Product slice

  • caps individual Web Push alerts per device and poll, then sends one privacy-safe digest
  • checkpoints digest-covered IDs atomically after confirmed delivery and preserves failed digests for retry
  • opens the mobile unread Updates inbox without item-specific actions
  • exposes STACKCHAIN_PUSH_MAX_INDIVIDUAL_NOTIFICATIONS (default 3)

Validation

  • python3 -m pytest tests/test_push_notifications.py -q — 21 passed
  • python3 -m pytest tests/test_service_worker.py -q — 44 passed
  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 1178 passed
  • deterministic release bundle verified locally for commit 5e0683cd4a2a9b30fc45377331a78ae3aa4bf73b
