What changed

  • show readable work context and per-item variance in Today recap
  • save recap into a recommendation-aware Plan Today handoff
  • apply actual time only after explicit operator action, then persist through existing plan save
  • keep the mobile transition wrapped, touch-sized, and safe-area aware

Verification

  • strict RED/GREEN controller tests for recap feedback, confirmed handoff, and draft-only recommendations
  • pytest -q (1,222 passed)
  • rendered Chromium checks at 390x844 and 320x568: no horizontal overflow; all visible controls >=44px
