Closes #621

What changed

  • route successful capture saves directly to Drafts
  • focus and reveal the exact persisted card after the sheet closes
  • synchronize the Drafts dock destination without synthetic clicks
  • preserve existing screenshot, quarantine, and failure semantics

Validation

  • RED observed for missing dock selection API and missing post-save handoff
  • focused tests: 16 passed
  • full suite: 1272 passed
  • rendered Chromium checks at 320px and 390px: no horizontal overflow, exact card focused, Drafts current, both actions 44px high
