Closes #639

Adds the existing unread Updates workflow to the thumb-reachable mobile queue sheet, with a live accessible count and no double-counting in the aggregate Queues badge.

TDD proof: focused behavioral tests failed before implementation, then passed. Full suite: 1288 passed.
