Closes #649

Adds a bounded mark-unread path and a mobile-safe, accessible Undo flow for read, reaction, and foreground reply acknowledgements. Failed restoration stays retryable; the offline shell and bundle budget remain covered.

Tests: pytest -q — 1299 passed.
