Closes #679

Persist an account-scoped Find Work batch journal before assignment, checkpoint confirmed claims and queued Today entries, and expose a 44px recovery action when the mobile Find Work sheet opens. Recovery skips completed items and never repeats a confirmed assignment.

TDD proof:

  • RED: interruption test failed because resume did not exist.
  • GREEN: focused batch tests pass.
  • Full suite: 1350 passed.
  • Frontend core gzip: 98,303 bytes (limit 98,304).
