What changed

  • Adds privacy-safe Protect Today and Open Agenda actions to deadline digest notifications.
  • Deep-links the primary action into authoritative Agenda discovery before opening the existing review-before-save planner.
  • Refuses to propose from incomplete pagination and preserves a truthful no-op when deadlines are already resolved.

Verification

  • RED observed on payload, service-worker action, and route parsing tests.
  • Focused deadline/service-worker/Protect Today/My Work suite passed.
  • Full suite: 1402 passed in 69.18s.
  • Python compile and Node syntax checks passed.
