Closes #731

What changed

  • Starts the exact rendered Agenda deadline queue in overdue-to-seven-day order.
  • Labels the mobile launcher Start Agenda.
  • Keeps Agenda execution isolated from the durable Today checkpoint.
  • Finishes back in Agenda with explicit completion status instead of opening Today recap.

Verification

  • RED: Agenda launcher integration test failed against origin/main because the Agenda queue was not wired to work sessions.
  • GREEN: focused session tests passed.
  • Full suite: 1415 passed in 72.75s.
