Closes #795

Adds an accessible repository picker to the mobile Search flow, composes exact repository scope with type/status across pagination, and preserves it through preview, Back, sharing, reload, and sign-in continuation. Clearing the filter restores organization-wide Search; stale repository lookups and work searches are aborted.

TDD proof: focused new behavioral tests failed before implementation, then passed.

Verification: python3 -m pytest -q — 1508 passed.
