Closes #801

Adds sequential Previous/Next mobile Search preview navigation, page-boundary loading, stable history replacement, and automatic continuation after successful Today/Later planning.

Verification:

  • pytest -q — 1517 passed
  • Chromium at 320×568 and 390×844 — 44px controls, no horizontal overflow
  • core runtime gzip — 100338 bytes (under 98 KiB guard)
