Product slice

  • add a touch-safe Plan release review to mobile Search batch selection
  • require one repository and load only server-confirmed open milestones before assignment
  • claim/revalidate each issue, then confirm milestone and optional due date mutations
  • preserve interrupted operations in an account-bound release journal with exact partial outcomes

Verification

  • RED observed for release review/mutation flow and single-repository guard
  • focused: 7 passed in tests/test_search_batch_plan.py
  • related: 215 passed
  • full suite: 1542 passed
  • rendered at 390x844: no document overflow, review within viewport, sticky actions visible, both controls 44px
  • deterministic release bundle built and verified locally
